Physician Communication
Evaluation reports sent 24 hours after first appointment and progress reports sent for follow up visits. We will contact your physician if you are not progressing as expected.

Home or Off-Site Visits Available
If necessary a physical therapist can come to your home to expedite the evaluation process.

An explanation of benefits will be provided whenever possible at your first visit.
